Calculation of area of irregular place or plot

In previous Post We saw area calculation of rectangular plot or place in this post i will explain

 how to calculate area of irregular place or plot.

Not every plot or place should be in rectangular or square some plots are in irregular shape also

there is some reasons to having irregular shape plots and places 

• People believe increasing of North-East corner is good for them so they make their place irregular.
• When Making Of layout of plots at ends and corners which are not proper in shape of the land will remain engineers make that remaining place as plots.
• In villages most of place in irregular shape 

The area of irregular shape is multiplication of its average length and width

in above figure widths are 38'-2" , 30'-7" & lengths are 40'-3",38-6"

averages of widths  38.16+30.58/2 =34.37'

averages of  Length 40.25+38.5/2 =39.375'

Area is 34.37'x39.375' =1353.31Sft

after getting area in sft we convert into syd and smt as per previous post
